\nThe wearing of Upper Iowa University Academic Regalia is compulsory for all graduates participating in the ceremony. This year, you can collect your gown at our campus.

\nAdditional Rental:<\/strong>The additional cost for gown renting is $100 per day. The full set of gown MUST\u00a0be returned to UIU HK Campus on or before 29th May 2017.<\/li>\n- Student Representative
\n<\/strong>As part of the Ceremony, we would like a student representative to join the staff on stage to give a brief speech in English to share your stories of success, course experiences and the benefits that you have gained from the program.
\nIf you are interested in being the student class of 2017\u00a0speaker representative for your MBA or undergraduate class, please send an email to Ms. Tracy Lai at tracy@uiu.edu.hk with your drafted speech (for about 5-8 minutes) by 17th\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>March 2017. Shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview in early April 2017.<\/li>\n- Commencement Fee

Each student is recommended to bring a maximum of 2 guests to join the ceremony. Each guest will be charged at HK$150. If you wish to bring more than 2 guests, please indicate the request in your Reply Slip, we will try our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that all seats will be served on first-come-first-served basis. The campus will confirm with you in mid-April on the final decision.
\nKindly confirm your attendance, numbers of guests attending with your contact details by return of reply slip. You can fax your Reply Slip to us at 2510 8996. All payment should be made in the form of cheque payable to \u201cUpper Iowa University \u2013 Hong Kong Campus Limited\u201d. Please send your cheque, indicating your personal details at the back to our office address shown below by 8th February 2016. Only graduates who have submitted the Reply Slip and payment by the stipulated deadline would be permitted to participate in the Ceremony. Hence, we seek your co-operation in adhering to the deadline.
